It's hard to say without knowing the full scope of the project, and since every project is different it'll vary from one to another. Get in Touch and we can discuss your project!

Do you charge hourly or fixed? What is your hourly rate? Is there a Deposit?

This depends on the project, some will be at my hourly rate and others, such as a website or logo, will be fixed rate.
I currently charge £30 (GBP) an hour.

I require a 50% deposit (of the estimate) before any work is started.

Are there any hidden fees or additional fees?

There's no hidden fees, all costs, taxes and discounts are laid out on the invoice. If your project requires additional licenses for content such as music, this will be included in your invoice as an additional fee.

How are payments made?

I generally use PayPal for invoicing and payments, however if this is not an option for you let me know and I can make alternate arrangements!

What is your Refund and Cancellation policy? Is there an exit fee?

My Refund policy is straight forward: If the project is completed, refunds are not an option. If you are not happy with the final outcome I will work with you to resolve the issues. If the project isn't completed, refer to my cancellation policy.

If you wish to cancel a project, there is a 24 hour period (after the deposit has been paid) for a full refund. After the 24 hour grace period, any work done will be billed at the hourly rate. If I have spent 3 hours on your project when you cancel you will get a refund of deposit amount minus billed hours. E.g. Deposit: £500, 3 hours worked (£90), Refund amount: £410.

Will my project be featured in your portfolio?

While I am extremely proud of all my projects, not all make the cut, as I curate my portfolio for the style, and jobs, I want to attract. They may get featured elsewhere such as Twitter, dzn.gg, or on my workshop page. If you don't want your project featured please do let me know, and I can offer alternatives such as password protected viewing.

Why should I hire you? X and Y offers cheaper services.

I may not be the cheapest on the market, but I offer a high service with considerable customer care. I'll maintain contact and work with you on any issues that arise. You also get my considerable pool of knowledge and history in the industry.

What files do I get from you? How are they delivered?

What files you receive will depend on the project. You will get all deliverables in immediate to use relevant formats such as PNG, PDF, WebM, MOV, MP4, and most work documents such as Photoshop Documents (PSD), Illustrator Documents (AI). There are some limitations such as After Effects documents due to potential editing issues when you don't have plugins or asset libraries available. In short, source files are always delivered when available.

For large projects you will receive a link to a Google Drive folder, this will be avaialble indefinitely, so please make a back up of the documents ASAP. For smaller projects or one off deliverables, you may receive these via a Google Drive link or directly uploaded in application (on Discord for example). I will always try to upload deliverables to your projects Google Drive folder for future downloads.

There's a small spelling or gramatical typo on my deliverable, will I need to pay again?

Any spelling or gramatical mistake will be resolved free of charge. Mistakes, typos, do happen, I will take them on the chin and ensure they're resolved for you swiftly. Any small error or adjustment will not be subject to a fee. However, a change that is outside of the original project scope will require a fee at my current hourly rate.

How can I contact you?

The fastest way to contact me is through by email. Initial consultations are done via email (through my contact page or direct). This is for administrative reasons, and to provide concrete signed and dated evidence of project agreement (for both parties). Following, hopefully successful, consultations we can move to a platform like Discord for speedier responses.

What hardware and software do you use?

My primary design computer is my 14" MacBook Pro (M1 Max, 64GB Ram), paired with aAsus Pro Art 32" (PA329CV) Display. I also use an iPad Pro (11", 2022) for sketch work and quick scribbles. For software I use the majority of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, from Photoshop to After Effects. I also use Blender for 3D modeling projects.
